This unspoilt tropical island is situated off Brazil's Emerald Coast, south of Rio. The mountainous terrain is covered with Atlantic forest, and the island is surrounded by incredible sandy beaches. Swim in the jade-green seas, or try one of the many sports offered on the island - sailing, kayaking, diving, and fishing, just to name a few. There are no roads on the island so it remains a place of calm and quiet, and you can trek through the forest on the hiking trails or try mountain biking to get from one fabulous beach to the next.
