Dahab is one of the most famous diving spots on the Red Sea, with incredible coral reefs just off the golden beaches. With awesome windsurfing and kite surfing, and a relaxed, bohemian feel, Dahab is less touristy than other resorts on the Sinai Peninsula. The locals, the Bedouins, were originally nomadic and their influence is apparent in the laid-back atmosphere, and a culture which still focuses on traditional ways of life. An amazing place for diving and windsurfing, lazing on the golden sands or relaxing in the chilled out restaurants.
