NWC Amazon LodgeThe Amazon Rainforest The NWC Amazon Lodge is situated deep in the rainforest, within its own private reserve in the Yasuni National Park. Offering only 10 individual cabanas, the lodge is a private and exclusive place to stay, where the local community are involved and the emphasis is upon eco-tourism to preserve the outstanding natural surroundings. Giant otters swim in the nearby lakes and streams, and you can visit the clay licks in the reserve to watch as hundreds of parrots swarm in to feed. 
Climb the canopy tower to enjoy the views and watch howler and spider monkeys swing by. The lodge offers packages from Monday to Friday (five days/four nights) or from Friday to Monday (four days/three nights). Trips starting on other days can be arranged for an additional transfer charge.
