Recognizing the dynamic nature of the situation and having our guests best interest in mind, we are offering a 100% refund minus on all new bookings made after 16 March 2020 in case of cancellations due to COVID-19 related travel and/or other restrictions, so long as such cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to a tour. In all other cases, our standard GTC and Cancellation Policy shall apply.
Above all, Excedo Travel is committed to the health and safety of our guests.
